These series of photographs were taken on Saturday, April 6in downtown Urbana, IL at the 2019 Boneyard Arts Festival, an annual countywide event put on by the Champaign County Arts Council. According to the Festival flyer, “The Boneyard Arts Festival is a unique countywide celebration taking place in over 100 venues – from galleries and museums to cafes and retail shops. Sculptors, weavers, painters, glassblowers, photographers and other visual artists join musicians, actors, dancers, poets and performers of all kinds in showcasing their creativity throughout Champaign County.” To find a list of artists whose work was on display during the festival, or to learn more about the festival itself, visit BoneyardArtsFestival.org.
